This month, we’re doing a practical deep dive into exploring Saturn in our lives and our charts. As Saturn enters Aries, he begins a new zodiacal cycle, and he begins it with a bang … in conjunction with Neptune, not to mention sextiles to Pluto in Aquarius and Uranus in Gemini. How might the great malefic, the ‘lord of karma’ launch himself into the world in Aries?

It’s been a tough gig over the past few months for the area of our chart governed by Aries, first with its ruler Mars retrograde, then Mercury and Venus retrograde in Aries, and now with Neptune and Saturn crossing the Aries point. Normally Saturn is all about self-discipline - working hard, tightening our belts, planning, setting boundaries, taking responsibility, and laying the foundations for a more practical future. Aries, on the other hand, is passionate and impulsive, often acting before thinking, taking the initiative, leading others rather than slowing down to wait or to consider alternatives. How might these two energies combine and move forward?

This will be a hands-on session, looking at our charts, and looking at what happened in our lives last time Saturn moved through Aries. We’ll also look briefly at events on the world stage to see how Saturn might weigh in there. If you have personal planets ruled by Saturn – in Capricorn or Aquarius – or if you have planets in Aries, Libra, or Cancer, then this will be a session you might find invaluable.
